Delivery Model
- Delivery is available only within our covered delivery area.
- Orders confirmed and paid by Wednesday qualify for Friday delivery.
- Deliveries occur once per week; alternative days or times are not available.
- If no one is available to receive the order and no safe handover was pre-arranged, the product will be returned and rescheduled for the next delivery window (an additional fee may apply).
- Customers may alternatively collect from a designated free pickup point within the covered delivery area.
Storage Guidelines
- All cheesecakes: Refrigerate immediately upon delivery and consume within 48 hours for best freshness and quality.
- Fully loaded cheesecakes (with toppings): Freezing is possible but not recommended. Toppings and decorative elements may lose their texture or appearance after freezing and thawing.
- Plain cheesecakes (without toppings): Freezing is acceptable for longer storage. Wrap securely, freeze promptly, and thaw in the fridge before serving.
- Do not leave cheesecakes unrefrigerated for extended periods or expose them to direct sunlight or heat.
Failure to follow these storage and handling guidelines may affect product quality and void eligibility for return or refund.
